They are:

  •  Valerie Carrick, Falkirk Council

  • Carla Forbes, The Highland Council
  • Jim McPhee, Renfrewshire Council

When assessing the entries, the judges looked at four main criteria;

  • the unique, innovative or sustained manner in which the candidate approached their learning
  • the extent to which the candidate has inspired others
  • the manner in which a candidate has overcome specific challenges.

Congratulations to all finalists - the winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony at Paisley Town Hall on 3rd December 2009.

As well as being a busy period for the Customer Service Professional Qualifications, it's also proving a fruitful one.

Announced on 19th November 2009 as the winner of the HR Network's Strategic People Development Project of the Year Award, the Qualifications have also reached the long list of the 2010 CoSLA's Excellence Awards. Details on whether the nomination will proceed further will be announced on 21st December.
