Uninterrupted customer service for East Renfrewshire Council

Not content with a seamless transfer from its previous CRM application to the Lagan Caseload Management solution in November 2008, East Renfrewshire Council has now migrated to the new release (version 7) of the solution with no service interruption.

Positive feedback from users and ease of use are among the main benefits of the move for ERC. Web based training also made it simple and cost effective for the development team to understand the content and delivery of any changes and assisted with the speed of the deployment.

Linda Wilson, Customer Service Manager commented: "Although there were some challenges involved in the migration, the team worked hard to resolve them and we were very happy with the process and the end result. We did not experience any major issues and the go-live was as uneventful as when we first started using the product last year."
