Implementing mobile and flexible working - hotseat summary available

A summary of the hotseat on mobile and flexible working hosted by Frances Burns of Renfrewshire Council from 14-18 September is now available.

The discussion was wide-ranging, covering such things as hot desking, technical issues, health and safety, IT security, culture, management development and benefits realisation. The full discussion can be seen in the Mobile and Flexible Working in Scotland group's forum.
