David Friel has joined the Improvement Service as a reporter to help seek out improvement stories from across Scottish local government.
David has worked in journalism since 2004, first in local newspapers and more recently as part of the multimedia team at Celtic FC.
David will be out and about with notebook and camera over the next couple of weeks – at Edge 2010 on 25 February, the SOLACE conference on 26 February and the COSLA/IS Conference on 3-5 March. So come along to the IS stand at all these events and let us know about the improvement work that your council is carrying out.
