The Improvement Service extends its congratulations to Renfrewshire Council's Corporate Services which has recently achieved the new Customer Service Excellence standard, which replaces Charter Mark.

Customer Service Excellence logoAs well as taking forward its own local priorities, the Council's Corporate Services are engaged with the Improvement Service on leading and supporting a number of national initiatives aimed at delivering improved customer outcomes.

Paul Gannon, the Council's Director of Corporate Services says, "I am delighted that Corporate
Services have been successful in achieving this prestigious standard. This recognition reflects
significant commitment and contributions from our staff and the valued support of our partners".
