An evaluation report on the 'Embedding an Outcomes Approach in Tackling Poverty and Regeneration' project has been published.
The report highlights the key activities, outputs and learning arising from the work, including a summary of the views of the main partners involved.
The 'Embedding Outcomes' project provided a wide range of practical, hands-on support to five local Community Planning Partnerships (CPPs) throughout Scotland. The geographic areas covered by the project were Dumfries & Galloway, Falkirk, Fife, Midlothian and West Lothian. The support was delivered principally to the CPP thematic groups that led on poverty / community regeneration in each of the local areas.
The project was jointly resourced by the Improvement Service and the Scottish Government and operated over a fifteen month period, concluding in June 2011. During that time it produced a series of 'Issues Papers' and other materials that are relevant to the 'outcomes approach' and which are likely to be of interest to a broader range of partners.
Copies of the Evaluation Report, Issues Papers and other outputs of the project can be accessed via the project webpage.
