Diagnostic Pathway Programme Update - May 2008 |

The Diagnostic Pathway Programme is progressing well. On May 14 2008, the Improvement Service hosted a Diagnostic Practitioners National Event at Murrayfield. The agenda was based on councils' feedback and focused on presentations from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, Dumfries & Galloway and East Renfrewshire. These provided a valuable insight into their processes, outcomes and lessons learnt, and were very well received.
The presentations showed how councils are using their findings to identify strategic opportunities to drive their transformation agendas. The remainder of May will see the majority of councils continuing with their workshops and moving forward into June on the development of the next deliverable, the Gap Analysis Report. The next National Event will be held at COSLA on June 18 and will focus on emerging themes and the way forward.
