The Diagnostic Pathways programme is moving forward with the key challenge being the delivery of the first grant letter milestone. This is the data in the agreed format and populated on the master sheet. All existing external partners (PWC, KPMG and Delloitte) are now engaged into a monthly update session to ensure national consistency. Overall the programme status is Amber as various isssues are emerging with plans in place to mitigate these. There are currently four councils who have yet to return their signed Grant letter. Councils are moving forward with good views of potential data starting to emerge.

Duncan Reid and Janet Campbell have recently joined the Diagnostic Pathway Team as Project Managers, providing support to the programme office.
