The Programme was a finalist in the 'e-Government excellence: Innovation in strategy on a national level' category. The winner was NHS Tayside for EDISON, it's electronic discharge information system.

The e-Government National Awards recognise excellence including public sector innovators in the use of technology, enabling businesses and citizens to better communicate with councils, central government, NHS and other public sector organisations.

Up against a very strong field, the National CRM Programme was one of only four Scottish finalists from a total of 72 across the UK, selected from the hundreds of entries received throughout all 11 categories.
