Public Service Improvement Framework (PSIF) Progress Report - May 2008 |

Following the launch of the Public Service Improvement Framework Phase Two for Scottish public services, the Improvement Service team have been providing dedicated briefing sessions to local authorities and other organisations across the country.
There are now five confirmed participants in Phase Two - West Dunbartonshire Council, North Ayrshire Council, Glasgow City Council, North Lanarkshire Council and Includem (a voluntary sector organisation who support young serial offenders in the community). A further 13 briefing sessions have been arranged with a view to starting the Phase Two implementation in August/September following the traditional summer break.
