Following the finalisation of all councils' Single Outcome Agreements, which have been signed off by Council Leaders and Scottish Ministers over the summer, the IS' Single Outcome Agreements team has begun work on supporting councils with the developments of SOAs with their Community Planning Partnerships.

This work has included:

• advising COSLA, SOLACE and the Scottish Government on that review and on issues for the next round of SOAs which are being developed by Community Planning Partnerships.
• visiting councils to discuss their experience of developing their SOA for 2008 and their support needs for developing SOAs with their CPPs.
