A summary of an online conference on customer insight has been published by the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA).

The report summarises the presentations and discussions which took place during the Customer Insight conference, which took place entirely online over a 10 day period in June 2008.

As well as providing copies of the five speakers' presentations and outlining the discussions which took place, the report outlines the reasons why the conference was held online and how it was put together including how participants were recruited and engaged throughout the conference, and how consultation with them continued even after the conference was over.
