On 19th March, the Improvement Service hosted an event to formally launch the Public Service Improvement Framework Phase Two for Scottish public services.

Phase Two of the Public Service Imrovement Framework (PSIF) has been launched at the Glasgow Marriott Hotel on Wednesday 19th March. Over 150 delegates attended the event which hosted the Keynote Speaker, Ruth Parson - Director of Public Service Reform, Scottish Government and a distinguished panel including senior representatives from Audit Scotland, the Improvement Service, SOLACE and COSLA.

The event was designed to allow those organisations who would consider application to the PSIF Board to ask pertinent and searching questions not only of the Panel of Speakers but also of the representatives of the current PSIF organisations who held workshops throughout the day.
