Stirling & Clackmannanshire propose radical shake-up of service delivery |

Clackmannanshire and Stirling Councils are to discuss a new model of public service delivery that could immediately save £4 million with at least as much again saved over the next two to three years. In a joint report, the Chief Executives of both councils propose that many front-line services are jointly managed whilst the individual councils retain their own identity.
