paul jukesPaul joined the PSIF Board in March 2009.  He is an Executive Director in North Lanarkshire Council and his responsibilities include Planning and Development, Roads and Transportation, Land Services, Facility Support Services, Protective Services and Operational Support.

Paul moved to Scotland 25 years ago to work for The Private Sector based in Edinburgh before joining Motherwell District Council as an Assistant Director of Leisure, following local government reorganisation, he then moved to North Lanarkshire Council.

Paul has been a Director for the past 10 years overseeing a number of strategic and operational changes as well as structural reviews.  He is married with two children, his hobbies include running, cycling, squash, he is a life long suffering supporter of Newcastle United.
