The National Entitlement Card Migration Project has been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s Scottish Transport Awards.
The project saw the replacement of almost 1,000,000 National Entitlement Cards last year ahead of their expiration on 31 December.
Using Data Hub, the Improvement Service’s free address validation, organisations were able to identify the most accurate and up-to-date addresses and person records for their customers, and ensure new cards were issued to the most up to date address.
The project is shortlisted in the following categories: Transport Team/Partnership of the Year; Excellence in Technology and Innovation; and Most Innovative Transport Project of the Year.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony on 15 June 2017.
