Work on the next generation of myaccount has begun following the contract award in August.
With the ink now dry on the contracts, the Improvement Service has been busy working with the four appointed suppliers - Tata Consultancy, Brightsolid, Yoti and Wallet Services - to lay the foundations for the next generation ambitions to be achieved.
TCS and Brightsolid are currently moving all services to the cloud, which will enable us to take advantage of the flexibility and scalability benefits that enterprise cloud technology provides as we look to exploit new technologies and innovate in the delivery of public services .

The Improvement Service is also developing a new website for myaccount which will give users a refreshed look and feel, provide new features and functionality, and improve the overall experience of users.

Improvement Service Digital Public Services is a portfolio of services developed to support digital transformation on a national scale in Scotland.
