The first three cohorts of the PDA in Project Management are underway, with each group progressing well and really interesting debates in each workshop.
The PDA is delivered by Scotland Excel and Improvement Service staff who have significant experience in project management within a local government context. It is taught through a mix of workshops and online resources.
To date, the course has received positive feedback and any lessons learned and suggestions we are taking on board for the next cohort.
The first cohort of students are due to complete in Spring 2019.
