North Lanarkshire Council  wins Verint EMEA Digital Engagement Award

North Lanarkshire Council has won the prestigious excellence in Digital Engagement Award at the Verint EMEA 2017 awards at a ceremony held in central London.

The award was for the council’s Customer Portal project, which is being used to deliver online services to customers of North Lanarkshire Council.

Using a combination of technologies including Verint Lagan CRM, VisionWare MultiVue MDM , Squiz Matrix content management, ESRI ArcGIS and myaccount, the council has implemented a fully transactional, digital service capable of being used across multiple contact channels in an integrated way. All of which is underpinned by accurate customer data and robust information governance.

This has been made possible by working in collaboration with, among others, the Local Government Digital Office, the Improvement Service and the NHS NSS Local Intelligence Support Team.

Nick Nonini, Managing Director EMEA at Verint, commented, “We were impressed with the calibre of entrants and the results that our customers have achieved using not only our solutions, but combining them with a tireless customer focus and an unwavering desire to improve processes and customer engagement. These awards acknowledge and recognise their outstanding accomplishments over the past year” .

Peter Tolland added, “It’s fantastic to see our efforts recognised with this award”.
