Continuous Improvement Toolkit PDF Print
This tookit has been developed to support Continuous Improvement and is specifically aimed at councils, their partners and those staff who face the challenge of improving service delivery. The content of the toolkit was developed through the collaboration of practitioners in a number of Scottish councils, led by Aberdeen City Council under the direction of the Customer First CRM Programme Board. The toolkit provides a generic nine-stage framework or route map for the running of Continuous Improvement projects and incorporates a bank of tools, techniques, templates and links to resources that provide guidance and support for running projects from start to finish. The Toolkit
  • is web-based with no password necessary to access the resources
  • is free to use and available now
  • provides a generic nine-stage Framework or Route Map for the running of Continuous Improvement projects
