The Improvement Planning Session is the final stage of the self-assessment. It should take no longer than 3 hours and should be attended by Community Planning Partners, Third Sector Interface staff and third sector representatives.
The aim is to take the prioritised actions that have been agreed in the earlier consensus session and identify key actions, risk/cost, time-scale, ownership, measurement and overall outcome of each improvement action.
The Improvement Service (IS) is the national improvement organisation for local government in Scotland.
Our purpose is to help councils and their partners to improve the health, quality of life and opportunities of all people in Scotland through community leadership, strong local governance and the delivery of high quality, efficient local services.
