The IS is now trialling its Change Framework, an online resource which provides tools, templates, reports and good practice to help support change projects.
If you would like access to the Change Framework please email us to note interest. We will then send you an email with details on how to gain access.
The Framework is built for your benefit and will rely upon the contributions of others, so all feedback and any contributions are appreciated to help make it as useful as possible.
Two popular tools available through the Change Framework are a benefits realisation tracker and a process costing tool. We will be holding a webinar on 13 December 2017 which will provide instruction on how to use them - register for the webinar or find out more.
