Angus Council’s Communications team have been recognising the role of their key workers during the pandemic by celebrating them in their content.
One particular post was hugely popular and received national interest. At Angus Council there's been much love for their amazing waste team, keeping services running during this difficult time.
One of their team, Ian Noble, found a thank you note attached to a bin on his round in Arbroath proving that not all heroes wear capes and fly - some wear hi-viz and drive big trucks.
Through their posts the team are trying to encourage citizens to be kind to Angus Council’s teams who are working flat out to keep things running as normally possible in these exceptional times.
