This workshop is a two-hour interactive course that aims to support the wellbeing of Money Guiders in Scotland. It will give guiders space to gain, share, and better understand ways to support their own wellbeing at work. This includes considering ways to improve resilience, deal with stress and overwhelm, and discussing models and ways of understanding wellbeing.
By the end of the course, participants should:
- Understand various types of wellbeing and why workplace wellbeing matters
- Understand different models of wellbeing and stress management and how to apply them to their own working lives
- Have a range of strategies to address workplace wellbeing issues such as feeling stressed or overwhelmed
It will be delivered by Money Advice Scotland’s Learning and Development Consultant, Niamh Brown.
