The Data Hub is one of several tools available now to councils and other public bodies as they look to tackle the data-related challenges posed by the Covid-19 crisis.

The Improvement Service have experienced a spike in use of its Data Hub service recently and we would like to encourage all councils to make best use of this free service in the current climate.

The Data Hub can provide crucial personal data matching functionality, including providing Unique Citizen Reference Numbers (UCRN) for Local Authorities. The Data Hub can also assist with address matching; not only being able to improve the address quality but provide Unique Property Reference Numbers (UPRN) and coordinates to identify residential properties.

With the data matching programme it is easy to match one dataset against multiple other datasets for multiple purposes, including helping a council to identify vulnerable citizens.

We would be delighted to offer an online demo to any council wishing to use the Data Hub, and we can expedite the onboard process to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
