Describe a plausible future, develop plausible hypotheticals not predictions. This is an opportunity to challenge old thinking and ways of working.

Using information from steps 1 and 2, engage a range of people in exercises to develop plausible scenarios. There are many ways to do this, some of the tools can be used with groups in a virtual workshop environment and some could be used by individuals or small groups and then shared with others.
