The final stage in the process is agreeing actions and next steps to be taken to ensure strategic plans remain robust and responsive.
Things to consider
There are many actions you may want to take in order to understand the implications of the scenarios. It is important you keep it proportionate in the early stages and engage a range of people. You may decide it is enough to outline the actions but not to take any action, until there is more clarity around the uncertainties.
