Simple terms explainer
When a participation request leads to an outcome-improvement process, the council must publish a report after the process is complete. The report must summarise what the process achieved, explain whether and how the specified outcome improved, describe how the community participation body influenced the process and its outcomes, and explain how interested bodies will be kept informed about later developments. Before preparing the report, the council must seek the views of the community bodies that participated. The report must be published electronically.
