The report must explain what the process achieved, whether and how the intended outcomes were improved, and how the involvement of the community participation body influenced the process and its results. This must be published on a website or by other electronic means. Before preparing the report, the council must seek the views of participating community bodies. The report must also explain how the council will continue to keep participants informed about changes arising from the process and any related developments.
