Simple terms explainer:
Councils must prepare an accessibility strategy for pupils with disabilities in relation to any school for which it is responsible, ensuring adequate resources for implementing the strategy. Councils must consult with such children, parents and young persons as it thinks fit and have regard to any guidance issued by the Scottish Ministers.
