Digital Telecare Project Officer – Marketing & Communications (Local Government Digital Office)

Salary: £22,570 – £25,506

Duration of contract: Until March 2021. Secondments will be considered.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Officer to support the development of digital telecare services for Scottish local government in both a corporate and health and care environment.


The role of Digital Telecare Project Officer – Marketing & Communications will play an important part in the shift from analogue to digital telecare which has potential to dramatically transform the future of millions of people across Scotland.

Project Officer - Change and Business Analysis

Salary: £29,916 - £32,553

Duration of contract: Permanent

We are seeking a Project Officer to join the IS Change Management programme to provide project support on all elements of the change management work streams.


The Change Team supports the development of a number of work streams. The post holder will have experience of business analysis or data research/business intelligence and a proven record of ability in demonstrating a range of consultancy skills, with particular emphasis on collaborative working.

Project Officer - Violence Against Women

Salary: £23,247 - £25,474

Duration of contract: This post is initially funded until December 2020.  Secondments will be considered.

We are seeking a Project Officer to join the Improvement Service to help support Scotland’s network of local multi-agency Violence Against Women (VAW) Partnerships.


Working alongside the National VAW Network Coordinator, the post holder will be responsible for supporting the work of the National VAW Network, which aims to improve the capacity and capability of VAW Partnerships to implement the ambitions set out in Equally Safe at a local level.
