Chief Information Security Officer

Organisation: Local Government Digital Office

Salary: £60,876 - £70,153

Duration of contract: 1 year fixed term. Secondments will be considered.

We are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer who has the ability to make an impact at a sector-wide level across local government in Scotland by providing the leadership to help the sector to deliver against the goals of the “Cyber Resilience Strategy for Scotland” , the “National Cyber Security Strategy” , and the recently announce Scottish Government Action Plan on Cyber Resilience.

Programme Manager, Analogue to Digital Telecare

Organisation: Local Government Digital Office

Salary: £38,477 - £43,186

Duration of contract: 2 years fixed term. Secondments will be considered.

The Local Government Digital Office in collaboration with the Scottish Government Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Programme, COSLA, Improvement Service and the Scottish Centre for Telehealth & Telecare is exploring the scope and benefits of switching the current Scottish Telecare provision from a predominantly analogue based system to a digital service.  An exciting opportunity has now arisen to join the Local Government Digital Office as a Project Manager to lead this transformational change.

Project Officer – Marketing and Communications

Salary: £24,643 - £27,245

The LGDO is looking for a Project Officer for Knowledge and Communications who will make an impact in the exciting new arena of developing digital services for the Scottish local government. The role will generate new and useful insight, case studies and communications in relation to work being carried out by the Digital Office and Digital Partnership.
