Service Analyst. myaccount

Salary: £28,063 - 30,563

Duration of contract: Permanent

The Improvement Service operates and manages the myaccount service - the simple and secure sign-in service for online public services in Scotland. The main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality and customer-focused support service, this will include assisting, analysing, prioritising, monitoring and resolving service user requests.
