Navigating Change Together: Learning from Across Local Government
Against the backdrop of the publication of the Programme for Government and emerging public service reform, this session will provide a practical space for colleagues to reflect on what the changes could mean locally, the impact on current work and what might be taking shape locally. This will be an opportunity to share learning and approaches across councils, and consider the support and skills needed to navigate what comes next.
