The annual stakeholder workshop for the Common Advice Performance Management Reporting Framework (CAPMRF) was carried out on 10 February.
This workshop provided an opportunity for colleagues from money and welfare rights advice services who are involved in the CAPMRF to come together and discuss the findings of the most recent 2020/21 report, suggest improvements to the framework and share best practice.
As part of this workshop, the Improvement Service also presented findings from additional research carried out in 2021. This research provides a more in-depth insight into the support provided by advice services and what this achieves, how this is changing with respect to COVID-19 and what this means specifically for debt advice. Findings from this research will be published on the Improvement Service website later this week.
