The Improvement Service has published its annual report for 2025, rounding up our activities, key achievements and performance throughout the year.
While highlighting the great work of all our workstreams, this year the report also takes an in-depth look at several of our programmes, exploring the issues that they’re helping local government to tackle and the impact that their work is having. These include:
- Unlocking Scotland: the address data powering public services
- Transforming access: mygovscot myaccount’s impact across Scotland
- Shaping tomorrow; delivering real change for Scottish Councils through the Solace/IS Transformation programme
Dr Sarah Gadsden, Improvement Service Chief Executive, and Cllr Shona Morrison, Chair of the Improvement Service Board, said:
