Have you interacted with a planning authority in the last year? The National Planning Improvement team have opened the National Customer and Stakeholder survey for 2025.
The team is looking for stakeholders and customers of planning authorities to fill out this quick anonymous survey. This is your opportunity to say what is working and where improvements can be made to planning services.
The survey will be open from 1 October 2025 to 9 January 2026.
The results from last year showed that just under half of all respondents were satisfied with the service provided. The National Customer and Stakeholder Survey is part of the wider work being undertaken through the National Planning Improvement Framework to gain a better understanding of the challenges faced in providing a high level of customer care and satisfaction with the service provided.
