The 'go to' organisation for Local Government improvement in Scotland

The Improvement Service are inviting colleagues across all local authorities in Scotland to join our new Early Learning & Childcare Workforce Planning Network.

We know that workforce planning is complex and that time and resources are stretched. Many of us are working through similar challenges, often in isolation.

This network aims to change that.

The network is a space to:

• Connect - Build a trusted peer network across Scotland.
• Share - Hear what others are doing and have tried.
• Access resources - Share and access tool, templates and approaches.
• Avoid duplication - Save time and effort by building on what already exists.
• Strengthen practice - Develop confidence and capacity in workforce planning.

The first session will take place on Thursday 11th June, 10am - 11a, on MS Teams. We'll introduce the network, get to know each other and identify what you'd like to explore.
