The Community Planning and Fairer Futures Partnerships Team at the IS provides support to local authorities across a range of programmes, including Community Planning, Fairer Futures Partnerships and public service reform programmes. Our aim is to support local authorities and key community planning partners with improving outcomes for their communities by strengthening community planning processes, designing and delivering person-centred services and prioritising prevention.
Our support includes coordinating networks, facilitating workshops and learning events, and 1-1 and “critical friend” support including strategy development, improvement planning, and sharing learning.
