Fairer Futures Partnerships (FFPs) are locally driven, place-based, targeted tests of change to tackle child poverty, with a view to learning and spreading successful approaches across Scotland. There are now 16 FFPs across Scotland.
Through supporting FFPs, the IS aims to support local authorities and the range of community planning partners to improve outcomes for individuals, families and communities affected by, or at risk of, poverty and inequality.
What we do
Fairer Futures Partnerships (FFPs) are locally driven, place-based, targeted tests of change to tackle child poverty, with a view to learning and spreading successful approaches across Scotland. There are now 16 FFPs across Scotland.
From 2025 onwards, the IS has provided a range of opportunities to bring together FFPs to share learning and provide peer support. This includes:
- Online learning sessions;
- In-person networking events and peer support;
- 1-1 support; and
- Collating and sharing learning, tools, and resources.
