The Local Employability Partnership (LEP) Maturity Self-assessment was carried out over Autumn/Winter 2024. All partners were invited to take part and the survey received 297 completed responses, from across all 32 local authority areas.
Following completion of the exercise, each individual LEP received their own report which included their own strengths, areas identified as being a challenge and recommendations on areas that required further development.
Ongoing support is available from the Improvement Service, Scottish Government colleagues and other partners to support continuous improvement, which will include a series of thematic workshops, sharing of best practice and other activities to support and strengthen partnerships in each LEP.
