Step 4 – Identify Implications
The final step in the process takes each scenario in turn and considers the implications and impacts, starting to tease out what actions may be required.

Engaging a range of people to get different perspectives and challenge thinking, capturing themes that emerge. The tools in this section are facilitation tools that can be used in different ways depending on the setting or platform available. This step can also be undertaken by individuals or smaller groups and then all comments collated.
