Join Irene Beautyman, Place and Wellbeing Partnership Lead on the Shaping Places for Wellbeing Programme, for a series of four masterclasses for anyone wanting to better understand how to take a place-based approach.

There will be an opportunity to submit questions for all four masterclasses after the 30-minute presentations. All masterclasses will be recorded.

The Improvement Service has developed a website for the new Scottish Climate Intelligence Service (SCIS).

The website includes information about the team behind the service as well as how the SCIS will support local government to plan and deliver programmes of area-wide emissions reduction.

You can also find out more about the Climate Action Platform which will be an integral part of the SCIS, and which is going to be delivered by Swedish technology company ClimateView.

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act 2024 comes into effect in Scotland on 16 July 2024.

This new legislation marks a strengthening of the protection of the human rights of children and young people across Scotland.
