Consider Perspectives
This phase is concerned with analysing stakeholders and their perspectives. When analysing issues and considering potential solutions, it is important to take into account a variety of stakeholder views. Stakeholders often hold strong or conflicting views about why problems exist, what needs to be done to improve the situation and where the focus should lie. Where conflicting stakeholder opinions are found, it is vital that they are explored and considered when making recommendations for potential solutions.
