Deliver Changes

Once you have investigated and analysed the situation, considered the stakeholders and their perspectives, developed options for improvement and defined the requirements to be fulfilled, it is important to consider how the business changes will be planned and delivered and the business benefits realised. It should be noted that this work is not solely the responsibility of the analyst and others would feed in. At this stage, you may wish to think back to the POPIT model, to consider the changes to processes, people, organisation and IT. These would then be developed into a project to be taken forward and implemented.
