Place and Wellbeing Outcomes Briefings

Within each of our Project Towns, we have put together a series of useful briefing documents which explain the evidenced impact of the Place and Wellbeing Outcomes on our Project Town communities.

Each briefing sits under the Place and Wellbeing Outcome Themes (Movement, Spaces, Resources, Civic, Stewardship) and combines the local data relating to the Project Town with the national evidence. The briefings highlight real conversations from our Project Town communities which our Community Link Leads and Project Leads have captured. This concise combination of data and evidence can then inform local decision-making.

These documents were well received by the Project Town Steering Group members and were shared widely in our Project Towns; their use has included being used to support funding applications.

The briefings explore questions such as:

  • What are the challenges with public transport (Movement) that the Clydebank community face?
  • How does the availability of housing (Resources) in Dunoon impact the local community?
  • Do residents of Rutherglen have a strong sense of identity and belonging (Civic) within their communities, and how does this impact on their health and wellbeing?

To find out about these questions and read all of our briefings in full, view the complete list of our Place and Wellbeing Outcome Briefings across our Project Towns below.
